Botfacilito is a done-for-you WhatsApp AI assistant for small and medium businesses (PYMEs). The owner doesn't touch a single line of code, doesn't log into a dashboard, doesn't connect APIs. They tell us what they do — by WhatsApp — and within 24 to 48 hours their bot is live answering customers in their tone, their hours, and their language.
Built and operated by a two-person team: Lorena (co-founder, product and community) and me (co-founder, technology).
What problem it solves
Small businesses lose customers every night and weekend because nobody is answering WhatsApp. The realistic alternatives have all been bad:
- Hire someone to chat full-time → too expensive for a neighborhood shop
- Buy enterprise chatbot software → priced for medium-large companies, requires technical setup
- Hire a developer to build something custom → quotes start at "3 millones COP" for the simplest thing
Botfacilito eats that gap. $29.000 COP/month for the founding tier (≈ 7 USD), the bot is configured by us, and the only "interface" the business owner deals with is the WhatsApp they already use every day.

Core features
Customer memory
The bot remembers each customer. If Don Pedro already booked a haircut last month, he doesn't get asked basic info again — the conversation picks up where it left off.
Tone matching
Each bot is configured with the business's voice — formal, casual, playful — so customers feel like they're talking to the owner, not a generic banking robot.
Smart handoff
When the bot doesn't know something or the customer wants to talk to a human, it pages the owner instantly. The bot is the right hand, not the replacement.
Hours-aware replies
The bot answers differently inside vs outside business hours. No fake "tomorrow at 8" at 3am — just clear "we're closed, we open at 8am."
Pause / resume control
Owner sends /pausa and the bot goes silent in that conversation. Owner takes over. Resumes when ready.
Weekly WhatsApp report
Every Monday the owner gets a short WhatsApp message: how many conversations the bot handled, the most common questions, customers who asked for the owner. No dashboards.
How the onboarding works
The whole differentiator is that there's no onboarding wizard. The flow is:
- Owner messages us on WhatsApp — describes the business, hours, tone, services.
- We build the bot — 24 to 48 hours.
- Bot starts answering — owner keeps doing their job; the bot pages them only when needed.
That's it. No app to install, no dashboard to learn, no API to connect.
